# Does BearVPN Offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee?

Yes — BearVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time users who subscribe through our official website.

## How It Works?

* When you purchase a BearVPN Premium plan on our website, you’re automatically covered by our 30-day money-back policy.
* If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days, you can request a percentage refund with payment details.
* The guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase via the BearVPN website.

## Things to Keep in Mind

* Purchases made through the **App Store (iOS)** or **Google Play (Android)** follow the refund policies of those platforms. Refund requests for mobile app purchases must be handled directly through Apple or Google.
* Renewal purchases and subsequent subscriptions are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee.

✅ With our money-back guarantee, you can try BearVPN Premium risk-free and decide if it’s right for you.
