# How to Fix “Error 5010: Apple ID Already Linked to Another Account”?

If you encounter the **5010 error** saying that your **Apple ID is already linked to another account**, this usually happens in the following situation:

* You initially **purchased Premium through the in-app purchase**,
* But later, you also tried to use an **activation key** (from our website or Telegram bot) by manually copying and pasting it into the app looking like the following:

bconf://dIOU9GPkGcGh9P+gHbhccKSNICxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxzxbS0DiP7xZyrs/18+wWw14UrbGwCYVbHI=
```

## ✅ How to Resolve the Issue

1. Open the **CyBear VPN app**.
2. Go to the settings and tap **Reset**.
3. After resetting, choose one of the following options:
    * Tap **Restore** to recover your Premium subscription linked to your Apple ID.
    * Or, re-import the activation key that starts with **bconf**.

## ℹ️ Important Notes

* If you upgraded to Premium **directly via in-app purchase**, you **do not need** to manually import any activation key. Your subscription will automatically be recognized—just use the app as normal.
* The **bconf activation key** is only required for accounts activated through our website or Telegram bot.

👉 Following these steps should clear the **5010 error** and allow you to continue using Premium without interruptions.
